If it's a typical powerlifting coach with weak clients and who is weak themselves, you don't want this coach. 96.69% of online coaches If it's a powerlifting coach who is not a bad lifter (possibly held back by genetic traits) has some very strong clients who have been with him/her for a good amount of time, you should give them a chance.
